Quality

The quality policy of Metalistas LT UAB focuses on fulfilling the clients’ demands and expectations. The company organizes its activities in such a way that the quality of production corresponds to the highest international standards. To achieve this, only certified raw materials and additives from recognized suppliers in Europe and the world are used in manufacturing, while the manufacturing processes are constantly being reviewed and improved. At Metalistas LT quality is monitored from the arrival of raw materials up to the last manufacturing stage, which is organized in accordance with the highest environment protection requirements.

 In 2007, the company introduced the quality management LST EN ISO 9001:2000  and the environment protection standard LST EN ISO 14001:2004 .

In 2007, audits carried out by Rolls-Royce lead to the recognition of METALISTAS LT  as Rolls-Royce Diesels’ Power activity branch certified supplier.

In 2008,  METALISTAS LT was officially certified as MAN diesel equipment gathering elements’ supplier. The company received its quality standard correspondence audit conclusion.

Special attention is being paid to quality control. Attempts are being made to involve employees of all levels into the quality control management process. While carrying out technical measurements of the production, calibrated geometric, physical and chemical sizes measurement tools are used, which are constantly being tested and updated.

Specific chemical, physical tests are carried out in continued cooperated with independent scientific research laboratories and institutes. A constant maintained relationship and consultations with the local science institutions are maintained.
