Assembly works

Pallet collars ensure comfortable and safe transporting and warehousing of services; they can be used many times.

We produce pallet collars corresponding to standard EUR pallets dimensions (width 1200x800 mm, height 200 mm).

• We use planed deciduous and coniferous wood.
• Wetness of the wood is up to 18 per cent.
• 1.25 mm hinges are made from zinc-coated sheet DX51D EN 10204. (Note: available zinc- and powder-coated.)
• Pallet collars can be produced of one or two boards.
• Thermal treatment certificate. Labeling: HT KD DB.
• As per client’s request we can produce pallet collars of other dimensions.

Other assembly works and services

Various assemblage works are carried out using elements of metal, plastic, wood and other materials. Products are packed and kitted according to the client’s request.

Quality

Wetness of wood used for the production of pallet collars is tested with the hygrometer WRD-100. METALISTAS LT has implemented and is using the international quality management system LST EN ISO 9001:2000, LST 14001:2004.
